As I work in a school I will try anything to help keep the bugs away especially during winter.They dissolve really easy in water and actually taste ok. You can taste the orange. I usually make one of these up and drink one every morning at work. Also a great way to get extra water in you.Full of vitamins which is great for the winter months. I now buy these on subscription. I think they are great value for money. I must admit I’ve not been as poorly taking these but who knows if it’s due to these, but I will continue taking them

Full of vitamins easy to drink , lovely orange flavour . I would reccomend these Iv been taking them for 2 months and do actually feel better for it. Also saves taking the vitamins individually as I used to before I found this
