Barton, black leather / white stitching.
Hey sports fans. The Barton quick release leather band. I purchased the 20mm black leather with white linen stitching. First impressions, its a soft supple leather, feels comfortable straightaway. The quick release feature, certainly makes swapping out your leather strap convenient. That being said, I believe this band should be worn on someone with a 7in. wrist, or smaller. On my 7.25 ~ 7.5in, it just barely fits. I use the third hole, and none of the leather strap goes past the leather hold-downs. I'm tempted to cut off the adjustable leather hold-down, to get the look I desire. While not entirely unhappy with this leather band, I will say, I have better luck with the offerings from ColaReb. If you are a gentleman with a larger wrist, I'd pass. If your someone with a thinner wrist, you may enjoy this offering from Barton. Hope this helps, have a great day.

I bought this less than a week ago and the band already started ripping. I do not wear my watch obscenely tight nor do I fuss with it a lot. This is a weak band.

Not the same quality, best customer service!
Bought this exact same band a little more than a year ago. I wear my watch daily and through normal wear and tear the band finally broke. This second one I bought lasted exactly four days! Leather wasn't as soft as the first band and it ripped apart at the stitching. Looking for an alternative band now sine I cant return this one(threw out the box cause I thought I'd be good for another year)**Update** 1/24/2020 Was contacted by vendor yesterday and was offered a refund or another band, they are sending me another band that should be better quality. I will post another update and change the rating accordingly.**Update** 2/05/2020 Received new band a few days ago, time will tell how this one will hold up. Raising rating to 3 stars because of their great customer service and will re-rate again.

Pretty good
Overall, this is a pretty decent quality watch band that I can see holding up for a while. My last band came with my watch (a Skagen) and survived about 6 years before I decided enough was enough. With this Barton, I really appreciate the quick-release on both strap halves, as they made installation an absolute breeze, and the leather is both comfortable and thick. However, the espresso color is much closer to a grey than a dark brown, as the product photos led me to believe. I'll certainly keep the band as I'm sure I'll warm up to it, but it was a slight surprise for me when I first took it out of the box (and yes, the packaging is excellent, as other reviewers point out). The other issue I have is the length. I don't believe I have abnormally thick wrists, but just a centimeter shorter and this strap would seem almost comically short. In the end, it's certainly worth keeping, but I'll likely go somewhere else when this band eventually gives out in a few years' time.

Watch band broke, but great customer service
PROS:The leather is soft and the band fits well. The black color is consistent and has worn well.CONS:The band has a small leather piece where the quick release tab on the pin protrudes. Unfortunately, this piece has broken in a little over a month. Now, the pin is cutting into the band on the other side of the quick release tab.Update: After being in contact with the company, they are sending me a new band. The response happened in one day. Incredible customer service. Disappointed about the first band, but their response was excellent.

Good for the price, stellar customer service
Pros: Pretty good for the price, quick release pins are easy to work with, great customer serviceCons: Didn't work with my Seiko 5 SNK809, leather seems on the cheaper sideThe only reason I'm giving this strap 4 stars instead of something lower is because of Barton's great customer service. I know we're supposed to be reviewing the product, but if you get something that you don't like or is defective in any way, Barton will do what they can to make things right. When I received my strap, it would not fit the SNK809 for some reason. The pin just wouldn't go snap into the lug. I emailed Barton and they sent me a replacement right away with absolutely no hassle. Because my return window has closed with Amazon already, I didn't have to mail the old one back to them, which was nice of them since it would have cost some money on my end for something that was out of my control. These might not be super high quality straps, but Barton's customer service is as good as it gets. There's not too much to say about the strap itself. It's what you would expect for $20. The leather is nice, but not super high quality. I'm not sure how long it will last, but for now, it's holding up fine. There are plenty of colors and styles to choose from, so you should be able to find something that matches your watch.

4.5 Stars. Beautiful, soft, top grain leather. Slight design flaw with quick-release pins.
Love the leather. Mine was stamped with Top Grain Leather with Barton's logo unlike the pics that only showed Genuine Leather. The leather is very soft and comfortable. I thought about buying one of the cheaper versions but wasn't willing to take the risk for a couple bucks worth of savings. I'm glad I didn't and stuck with a known solid brand. One small bit of criticism. I'd give this 4.5 stars if I could. The quick-release pin is so small the leather can go over the nub and hide it. It's a very nitpicky thing but my other quick-release bands don't have this problem. My other bands are also not as soft. It's not worth returning the band when everything else is perfect. I'll try to take a pic when it happens next. Still overall a great band with great leather.

Looks and feels nice but anticipated better quality
On the whole I am happy with this quick release watch strap...however, there are buts. It looks good and is easily attached and removed from my Gear S3 smartwatch using the quick release pins. For the price I expected a thicker leather strap than I got. The picture is cleverly taken at an angle to give the illusion of a thicker product than the reality. It also seems like a layer of plastic is sandwiched between the outer leather layers. Certainly, every time I pull the strap through the buckle to fasten there is a clicking noise like a thick piece of plastic being bent. My original black Samsung strap is twice as thick and a genuine quality product. This isn’t.

Looks great! Sadly function lets it down.
I really like the look of this strap. I bought it, for what I consider to be a significant price, expecting great quality. I'm sorry to say that it is a product of style over substance. Packaged beautifully, it really has a feel of high quality, yet normal use over a relatively short period of time has shown that this strap is not made to stand up to regular use.The buckle holes have stretched such that the strap now needs tightening to the next hole as with the stretch it is now too big. In addition, the leather has developed cracks and I no longer feel as though I can trust the strap and as such will no longer be using it.It is a real shame as I really like the look of the product.

Awful support and a danger to your watch - beware!
The media could not be loaded. My Garmin Vivoactive 3 popped out of the strap several times with slight twists - like when it's grazed by a backback strap. It fell on the ground and got damaged. I contacted Barton support and they told me they knew about this "incompatibility" for a long time, however there is no mention about it on their Amazon posting. So how was I supposed to avoid this from happening if there is no warning on the product page?! I asked for them to pay for the watch repair and they stopped responding to my messages. Terrible support - get your strap from a more reputable company that stands behind their products.

Not very durable but excellent customer service
Nice strap, looks good with my Huawei watch, but split around quick release pin after 4 months of use.I would expect better given the price.UPDATE: after posting this message, the seller contacted me and sent a replacement and a silicon strap too. Excellent way to deal with an issue.

The Cream of the Crop
I go through a lot of watch bands, for two reasons. Firstly, I'm pretty fickle and get bored easily and want a change. Secondly, the standard usually isn't that high when you're dealing with 3rd party manufacturers. Barton are the exception. I'm currently on my second band (nothing happened to the first - I changed the watch and bought a new Barton band), and if (or when) I switch watches again, the first purchase will be to replace the original band with a Barton. Top quality finish and materials coupled with great looks. What's not to like?
