Does it have PPD in it?

One reviewer posted pictures showing her tubes arrived squeezed. Did the company replace them? I don't want to order from a company with bad service.

Are there any ash shades?

I am not sure if after coloring my hair do I just rinse the product with water only then apply tube#3, or do I shampoo using any shampoo, then tube#3?
