Cuckoo Clock - The Busy Wood Chopper AH 446/1 8TMT

We lived on the edge of the Black Forest area when I was in the military stationed in Germany. Our daughter recently was talking about the the German cuckoo clocks. As a surprise for her birthday , we purchased this clock. She loves the clock in her house. The detail in wood work is intricate and the figurines are very detailed. The clock mechanism is traditional. The cost is not cheap but you pay for authenticity and quality. Years ago we used to have a baby cuckoo clock that my wife loved but it was destroyed in one of overseas moves. We decided not to replace it and keep the memories of the children watching it. These were great times. I hope you enjoy the clock.
