it was crappy, they must it had it for a while.. smelled soo bad!

paid for new. brought as xmas present for neice,who is familiar with product. item was delivered open and the serum was too dark,should be able tosee throught serum. protective covering should be around bottlecap and bottleneck. if protective seal is broken, it has been open.

I ordered two bottles and, while one was a clear brown liquid, the other was cloudy and a milky yellow. I am using the "defective" one first (I didn't feel like returning it). Probably the Sepiwhite is not properly dissolved. I have not seen big changes but I expect that the clear one will yield better results.EDIT - I stopped using this product. It didn't really seem to have any effect. I purchased to lighten dark areas but I saw no change. HQ worked better for me but maybe Dr Lewinn would be more effective for lighter spots.

I purchased this to use on my hands not my face. I believe my dark spots developed from exposure to the sun on my hands while driving for my job. Anyway, this product seems to be working. My dark spots are not gone but have significantly faded. I believe continued use will fade the spots even more.

A product that is actually working. I have a brown spot on my face and have tried numerous products from high end stores and well know names and nothing has worked until this. The spot has faded considerably and continues to do so.

This stuff really works. My skin tone really improved after using it.

LOOOOVE this. I am actually using this in conjunction with Olay whitening cream (which I purchased for $6 at Ocean State Job Lot). The serum on its own firms my skin and is a week has already rid my face of the new freckles (sun spots) I added to it this summer. My forehead lines have softened in a way that no other product has succeeded for me. I DO use a clarisonic and have used so many serums, from Olay to Ole Henrickson to Nuance (Salma Hayek's line) and even time in a bottle. This is amazing for my oily, aging Asian skin. The directions say 2 - 4 drop for your entire face, but I use 6. I use two drops on my forehead, a drop on each of my temples (smoothing into my skin as I drop) and a drop on each cheek.
