Just a simple perfect tool. Exactly what is needed to ensure that we can continue to charge and use traditional iPods on any USB (out standard choice for dance school music library &playlists, without need for internet, cloud storage, online accounts). Thank you Amazon LOL

I've tried two different devices, two different cables, and multiple blocks and I've only gotten this plug to work once. It's a waste of money and I don't have time to drive to the closest Staples to return it and Amazon wants to charge me to return it via UPS store. Annoying at best. I recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.

I have an old iPad that is still usable for certain work tasks, but the charging cable was shot. I have several other iDevices that use the lightning connector. I saw this adapter and decided to give it a try. Works great with one caveat… if it doesn’t start charging, flip the position of lightning connector. For some reason, it will not charge my old iPad with both sides of the lightning connector. As soon as a removed it, turned it over, and reinserted it, it worked fine.

Fits well works with the case I’m using, so far as good as it gets

This adapter seemed to work for charging, although it is very picky on which cord it likes. But I was completely unable to sync my ipod to my computer. Got a dedicated 30 pin cord and it fixed the issue.
