Not very engaging. Weak narrative and the puzzles veer from extremely simple to extremely difficult.

Disappointing compared to the previous ones in the series. The puzzles need testing - I think I spotted an error in one, the link to check the solution to another doesn't exist, and a lot are ambiguous.

Another installment of the fun adult Choose Your Own Adventure Books! They're really fun to read and play along with. I adore the decoders on the covers. The stories are fun, but the puzzles are better. Great with tea under a blanket on a rainy day!

I bought all of the books in the series for my brother as he’s an avid puzzle and Sherlock Holmes lover. These books were the best of both worlds and provide a unique interactive experience for readers!

I bought this book as a gift for my friend, who loves Sherlock Holmes. She loved it, so it's a great gift idea for Sherlock Holmes fans.it arrived in great condition, it wasn't damaged or anything!!

The concept on these books are fantastic! I love how it's a choose your own adventure type of book. You have to solve the puzzles, and depending on your answer, it will tell you to go to a certain page. It's good that the page you turn to will tell you what page it was prompted from, since that immediately let's you know if that's the wrong answer.A lot of the puzzles were difficult for me. Thankfully, at the back of the book there are 2 sections. Section A are hints to solve the puzzle. Section B gives you the answer with an explanation.Overall a good series that I would recommend for all the logic puzzle lovers.

The riddles were very poorly designed: often the solutions were a stretch and didn’t clearly follow from the evidence like the previous books. If you really like the series this book might be enjoyable, but otherwise I’d go with the previous books if you haven’t. The other ones are brilliant and fun.
