I got my package and opened it and studied the electronics on the back. The unit appears to be builtwith very decent pots. However, the assembly looked 'rushed' with longer than necessary wire connections and sloppy solder joints. It has some weight to it, likely due to the large 250K pots. One setback is that that value of the pots are not notated, or stamped on the back of the pot. I am only partially confident that this control plate will work flawlessly on the first attempt. Proper shield grounding via paint-on paste, or copper foil tape is likely in your better interest before installation. If you aren't confident in your electronics skills, then have a professional luthier or repair shop address the issue for you.

I paid 30.00 for this when I should have been more careful .The same item is 14.00 at many other sellers . My bad but be careful . Works good by the way .

The best way to augment or tweak with the series and parallel choices and the push/pull gives it the extra headroom in either position. One of the best surprise’s for me is how quiet my bass is now.
