Great product ....great price fit perfectly

My burners were shot, they were shooting up fames to the grill and just didn't work anymore. Was going to get a new grill when I saw these. So I thought I would try it.Fit is OK, the burners are about 1/2 the weight as the OEM, and a magnet does stick to them. While they fit and work good, they are not as good fit or use as the OEM. They do produce a nice blue flame and so far have a uniform heat patten. My grill not longer has the hot and cold zones. But after a few uses, they are no longer as uniform as when the fist couple of uses. I can tell these will not last as long as the OEMThe heat shields are crap, they are almost 1/2in shorter then the OEM, and you need to pry out the corners to get them to fit. They are magnetic and weigh less then 1/2 the OEM. These are crap and will not last.I was able to fix a broken grill for not a lot of money, and it will get me a couple more years of use.UPDATE, I searched the web and found a couple of BBQ supplies there sell the OEM parts, they are 2-3X the cost of these. However, found a place in Florida that had a sale and picked up the OEM parts for just under $100. I should have waited and not picked up the cheap Amazon ones and just paid for quality parts in the fist place.

Very good deal and quality

I own a Char-Broil grill. These units were NOT made for that, and I went into this know that. One of my burner valves on the original grill “broke”. So angry with charbroil about this, as you need to take apart the entire unit to make it work.Since I “had” 4 straight burners, I was able to use these units to fill in the gaps. Can you grill over that area? Sort of. it’s great to be able to toast buns and not burn them or to keep food warm while the rest of the food is cooking. Basically, this allowed me to get another year or two out of my grill but increasing my burner area. I recommend measuring the length you have available for your burner and checking the overall length of this unit. Bottoms line, it worked for me, I’m up and grilling and the food is great.The long sheet metal parts the go under he grilling grated do not fit perfectly, but that’s is still OK. I’ll try to cut them eventually, but again, this was an idea to save me from buying a new grill. Nice job. I recommend for the person not afraid to try something to “fix it.” Again thank you for making this type of unit. You should really try marketing it to fix grills that are broke and to increase cooking area.

Heat shields - the length and width was slightly smaller as a previous review indicated. So, while they do not rest on the knobs like the OEM heat shields, it's however workable. Nexgrill confirmed for me that they no longer supply parts for my Kirkland grill that I bought in 2005, which has otherwise been bullet proof. The burners appear to be okay and the thermomoter works. The good news is that these parts were about 1/3 the cost of what I paid for OEM parts 7 years ago.
