For the last 10 years (if I remember correctly) I used a previous 17" HP laptop. And I was quite happy with it until recently when it started giving me a grief.That's why I decided to give HP another try. And it's been good so far.This model is quite ligther (well, there's no heavy components like HDD, DVD drive). Fan noise is pretty much not noticeable. The laptop is fast and responsive enough for my video watching, emails, zooming and occasional game playing. Of course, only time will tell...I'm also satisfied with the battery life at the moment. It gives me a few hours to do less intensive tasks and going down to let's say 50%.Web camera video quality is better than I thought for sure. But the speakers sound shallow and weak (much worse than my previous model for sure).I haven't experienced any peripherals connections issues so far. The network shared printer and USB mouse have been connected without any hickups.

My husband loves it. It's fast and much lighter than old laptop. Very happy.

I use it immeddiately when I got the package, it is fast shipping, btw. The laptop seems like an extremely well built machine. Good quality with excellent performance. Excellent product for the price. Backlit keyboard is so easy night. I like this laptop.

Fast - steady - comfortable. My only criticism is the lack of Function dedicated keys - requires two keys to execute. Sorry, but I'm an old schooler.... Otherwise, this is my second HP - great bang for the buck.

When I received my HP laptop it was packaged securely and upon opening the box that beautiful silver was gorgeous!! Setup was a breeze and the computer was working GREAT!! Really enjoy the backlit keyboard. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I'll be using this HP laptop for a long time!!

Until today, I liked it a lot, Today - not so much, The charger stopped working - after only 6 months, :( I have had this problem with Asus, one after another, but not with HP, never before

la descripción de las especificaciones no es la misma de la laptop que te envían el procesador es menor en las especificaciones dice procesador i7 y la que te mandan es i5.

Muy buen producto y excelente servicio

El equipo llegó en buen estado y funciona bien, sin embargo la descripción dice una cosa y las imágenes otra y se supone que era Intel® Core i7 y me llego una Intel® Core i5. No me parece justo que engañen a las personas. La estoy probando, porque justo la quería con un buen procesador para no tener problema con los programas que ocupo, si no me convence la devolveré.
