Eases tired feet, softens skin.
Subtle pleasant fragrance and a soothing bathing experience. Great for putting in a footbath to soothe tired aching feet too.The bag is big so it's good value. I did find the pouch closure didn't always close properly so I decanted into a large plastic tub to endure no damp affected the salts.I'd buy these, they're fab.

Great salts
I've a chronic pain condition and was recommended magnesium salts to aid with leg fatigue. Half a bag of these added to a bath and soak yourself for half an hour is lovely and relaxing and helps a lot. These are very nice salts with a nice scent and give you a nice moisturising effect too. Watch out for the bath being slippery upon exit though.

Pleasant unscented bath salts
These mineral-rich salts are a nice way to make your bath water soft, and to cleanse and rejuvenate the skin. These ones are unscented, so don't feel as luxurious as bath salts from brands such as Champneys or Neal's Yard, but you can add your own essential oils if you wish. The salts do add a bit of a murky tinge to the water, and they don't necessarily all dissolve completely, unless you do a lot of swilling of the water, so you do need to give the bath an extra thorough rinse at the end.Price-wise, they are fairly standard for 1kg of Himalayan salt, but you can save quite a bit if you buy in bulk from brands which offer 5kg or 10kg bags.

Large Flakes Dissolve Quickly
These magnesium flakes are large and flat. They dissolve really quickly in warm water. I use about half a cup in a bowl of water as a foot soak. It is amazing how they soften up hard skin which can then just be rubbed away with a flannel and towel. It is also exceedingly relaxing soaking feet in warm water and the magnesium leaves skin beautifully soft and moisturised. My husband enjoys it so much he won't take his feet out until the water is nearly cold! Magnesium foot baths are supposed to have all sorts of health benefits, including improving circulation ad preventing blood clots. I don't know if that is true, but it is certainly very relaxing.

Not sure about relaxation benefits but good value
These bath salts dissolve easily in the water and have no fragrance so if you like a scented bath then you can add essential oils. I can't speak to the relaxation benefits, having not noticed any marked difference, but there's a lot to be said for a good soak in the evening.
