It is easy to fill, looks great and is sturdy

This Decfloe birdfeeder is the best! It's easy to assemble and filling it up is even easier with no chance of overspilling any of the seeds. The birds must love it too because they keep coming, non-stop, to feed throughout the day. We've had more birds coming to our yard since we installed this bird feeder. Great product.

I have purchased two of these feeders and rarely use them now as they are awful to clean. The seed has to be dug out of the rim with a screwdriver or knife. It gets trapped in the workings, and if you leave it too long, you literally need to soak it overnight so you can blast it out with a hose. It's too much work. I would much prefer a rim that was flat and accessible. Apart from that drama, it's a great feeder, sturdy, and drops almost flat for storage.

Smaller capacity than 6.5 pounds. Metal is great to discourage squirrels.

This holds a lot of bird food but it is slightly awkward to fill. Birds can feed from all sides so more than one bird can use it at a time.

We put this bird feeder up last week, and we have had so many birds each day! Compared to other bird feeders, it seems more secure and less messy. Some of the really little seeds come out of the sides as you are filling it, but otherwise, it has not made much of a mess. The birds have no problem getting the seeds they want, and since it's so large, there can be 5 or 6 on the feeder at one time. I've hung mine on a hook on our porch, so it isn't really a spot that would normally be accessible to other creatures. I'm so happy with this purchase, and it adds such a beautiful touch to our deck.

When you use wire so small that the seed can't get through, the birds avoid the feeder.I thought the bottom tray would be great but again the opening at the bottom is so small, the seed doesn't fall through into the tray.You also need to clean the tray DAILY because seed shells collect here and are trapped by the perches. You need to take a thin stick and literally push the debris out of the tray, then try and get the seed to fall into the tray from the feeder.If you want to FEED birds, this is NOT the feeder for you. If you want a decorative feed filled with seed that the birds avoid because they can't get to the food, then this is the one for you!

WE LOVE THE ADJUSTABLE CLAMP AT TOP FOR EASY REFILLING! VERY WELL MADE AND ATTRACTIVE. WORTH EVERY PENNY. ORDERING ANOTHER ONE TO REPLACE THE BLACK ONE SHOWN ON THE LEFT. That one has to be taken down to refill..a real hassle on snowy days. The sparrowd, chickadees and red-capped chickadees are here every day.

It's very sturdy and well made, perfect for what I want, I'm sure it will be easy to clean as it has a nice finish on it. The clip on the top is very strong to keep the squirrels from opening the top. The only thing I don't like about it is, when it slides up to become bigger, it doesn't stay up, so you have to hold it up to fill it and its very awkward.. I took twist ties and put it in an open position all the time
