This is an update. This battery is not working properly. I attempted to contact the vendor twice, but received no reply.Hence, I have downgraded the evaluation.Everything you need is in the kit and it took about 15 minutes to do the deal. I suggest watching a youtube video on how to change it out.As for performance, its better than the battery I replaced? No!

Received battery and installed it in tablet. Charged tablet overnight and it showed 100% charge. Turned tablet on and it said 4% charge and would not boot up. Plugged tablet back in and let it charge. Charged to 79% and tablet booted up and worked okay. That night plugged charger in and the next morning showed 100% charge, turned on and it showed 4%again same as before. Went through this routine two more days and tried "calibrating"battery no luck. Replaced charging ribbon cable in tablet, still no luck. While replacing ribbon noticed one of the blue wires going from the battery to the connector was loose and showed no sign of having been soldered to the battery. Soldered the wire to the battery and still did not work. The box that this battery came in was not sealed with a seal. Ordered new battery from a different supplier and installed it, tablet worked fine. Think twice before ordering battery from these guys!

Battery charged and held charge great for about 1-2 months. Now? Worse than the stock battery.Won't hold a charge, tablet actually crashes when unplugged as if there's too much current draw on the battery which then kills it. Battery was useless.I'm writing this at about 8 months after purchase and sadly the warranty is 6 months. Terrible and would not recommend.

Very prompt shipment. Just got my battery today and I have already installed it in my tablet, thanks to direction from a YouTube video. Quite simple. It's up and running like a charm. I'm so proud of myself ;-).

THE SAMSUMG TABLET WAS A LITTLE HARD TO REMOVE THE CASE SO YOU COULD GET TO THE BATTERY. REMOVEING THE OLD BATTERY WAS NOT A PROBLEM. WHEN INSTALLING NEW BATTERY BE VERY CAREFULL AND MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIBBION CABLES INSTALLED BACK INTO THEIR CONNECTORS PROPERLY. THIS IS THE BIG SECERET IN GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT!

Renewed the life on my tab 4 for a very good price. The included tool are pretty cheap, but got the job done. Youtube shows you how to.

Super easy to install. Instructions were easy to follow. The original battery stopped charging so this was the best deal on a replacement battery.
