It's great if you read about it before using

Cooktop is beautiful but the first unit stopped working in 6/7months. The company was very responsive and sent me another one.The new unit stopped working in 4 months. So basically I’ve had two units installed in a studio apartment where it is not used much and they did not even last a year. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money.

I really like this Electric Cooktop 24 inch, ECOTOUCH Radiant Electric Cooktop. As a functional radiant electric cooktop it performs quite brilliantly. It heats up extremely fast and it's very easy to use, and that includes post use clean up. It is very easy to wipe down and I really like that. It also looks quite amazing both when it's turned off and when the elements heat up. It's kind of a cross between a working countertop and a piece of art.It was also quite easy to install and fit into my pre-existing counter with very little to almost no modification and I previously had a 25 inch. The wiring and everything was pretty straightforward and it came with very clear directions. Compared to some of the models I looked at our retail appliance warehouse I think this is just as good if not better than some that were priced at four times the price point. I'm really happy with this and highly recommend it.

The cooktop is good overall, but it is only 30 AMPS. With several burners going it takes a long time to boil a large pot of water. Even with just one burner going, it takes a long time to get up to 50% heat setting.The surface scratches easily, but this is my first glass surface cooktop so it may be on average with others.The best thing about this cooktop is the price.I will be upgrading to a 40 AMP circuit breaker & a 40 AMP cooktop on my next purchase.

When I open box . It’s open wire , not like a plug that I could plug into wall socket. I think I need to pay electrician to install that stove . That’s not worth it.

I ordered this for the family vacation home me and my parents are currently building in Northern Arkansas. My dad, for whatever reason, wants an electric cooktop instead of a gas cooktop, so here we are.My parents just love it! My mom's exact words were "Snazzy". They love the sleek design, the dark glass construction and the size of the cooktop. I think they prefer the flat top electric cooktop because it's easier to clean and to maintain than a gas cooktop, so I can't blame them.My dad has 30+ years of contractor and electrical experience and he's an AMAZING cook, and he said installation seems easy enough and he can't wait to get it installed and to start cooking on it! I will update this review with the installed photos once available. Overall, this is a great product for a good price.

This is a really great good quality stovetop, However, be prepared to connect it directly to your main electric panel box. also it requires a cut out in your countertop. You can not just plug it into the wall outlet.
