I have zimmer implant system will these work with it?

Hello, Of course it would. Zimmer is in implant. Implant is placed in the bone and dentures do not get attached to implants. Assuming that on the top of the implant you do in fact have a Locator and that is where dentures get attached to. If you have Locator, then those caps is 100% fit as they are original products. The question is .... do you have a Locator system and Zimmer has absolutely nothing to do with it?

Yes I saw those purple 8 lbs ones and thought knowing how good 4 and 5 pound male caps hold. I wonder how someone be able to get an 8lb to release

Today Locator Purple cap is second most popular to only Clear caps. They release easy enough. However, choice in caps do not come randomly because one is stronge than the other. Caps should work at lest 6 months and whichever color (stregth) cap gets to that point - should be the correct choice. Every patient is different and what works on one may not be appropriate for the other.

Old locator middle is smaller than these.These do not fit into bottom of abutment.Obvious in pictures old/new side by side. Solution?

You are referring to caps for Locators and not Locators. Since the system was invented the caps never changed and can't be smaller or larger. They all exactly the same size as and only differ by retention. However, we feel it is totally wrong to seek answers to actual problem resolion of medical or dental issues here on Amazon. You should see your dentist or contact seller's tech support for further advise. Considering all items you got original genuine components and fit and compatibility is not a question, the issue is in someone checking what you have done so far and how to properly place denture. It's as simple as that.

I have Novaloc inserts. Will this be a good replacement?

No, this is not going to fit metal housings in your dentures. NovaLoc is a Straumann system and this is for Locator system.
