Board James Complete Series Blu-ray

Well what to say. It's a collection of every Board James episode.This was a great series for James and I feel this stole the Nerd's thunder as quality wise this remained consistent through-out. Each episode is a board game review but there is so much more to it than that. There's a whole bunch of mythology that surrounds the character and events that take place over the course of the series, so much so that there's an extra on the Blu-ray where James explains the whole mythology in detail. I wouldn't recommend watching the extra and until you've seen the whole series as it's fun to try and figure it all out yourself.The board game reviews are interesting and the whole mythology that plays throughout just makes each episode a must see. Overall if you like James Rolfe's work I highly recommend this Blu-ray.Also who doesn't love Bad Luck Bootsy?

Ever since the release of AVGN X, I dreamed the release of a complete series of Board James. I almost prefer this series to AVGN, not to say AVGN is anything short of fabulous, but Board James is an original, completely unique series that is unlike any other. The price point is well worth the amount of content, and the packaging is just beautiful. And I marked my purchase as a "Hey, James, I want you to keep making quality content well into the future." This just rocks. Period.

Love Board James! I was thrilled when i found out it was out on blu ray.The show is reviews about board games - many of them i played as a kid so it has a great nostalgia aspect but the character of board james also has his own storyline you see develop as the series goes along. The reviews are great and story is entertaining. Another great show from James Rolfe.

This is such a great series. I had seen every episode of it on YouTube prior to buying this Blu-ray and I loved it so much that I just had to own it. I plan on eventually buying the entire AVGN series eventually as well!

It was awesome to be able to watch this series from beginning to end, a truly worthy collection.A ton of bonus features give you a lot of value for money.Just a shame some of the episodes had to be edited, I presume to remove copyrighted material.

It's honestly great to have the whole Board James series together. I personally didn't watch it, I saw a couple episodes a few years ago but never thought much. I recently sat down and watched it and I loved it. Great show and great blu ray loaded with extras. If you're a Cinemassacre fan, you don't want to miss this.

I love the mystery on top of the nostalgia. James and the guys did a great job. We need more Board James but it wont be complete without bootsie.

This is a great series, and the blu-ray is well put-together. My only complaint is that in the Crossfire episode, the actual commercial is cut, probably for copyright reasons. There's not much he could have done about that.

Hilarious series! This Blu-ray has it all. The extra features add a lot of background info and are pretty cool. Just be aware the first few episodes that originally featured clips or theme songs from the original commercials (like "Crossfire") have been re-shot and re-edited without them, so you should watch them on YouTube to get the full experience, but that only applies to the first few episodes. The rest are great quality and I appreciate the care put into the Blu-ray menu.

The content, has James, Mike and Bootsy at their finest. But the case it came in was at its poorest.
