They work with you to fix issues
The first one they sent wouldn’t charge either the adapter was faulty or the mug was I don’t know which, Amazon support quickly issued me a replacement and I sent first one back ups after I was able to check the second one sent and it works wonderfully and as promised thank you

Not cordless
At first i thought mine was broken but i didn't realize that the battery that charges is inside the cord. It's weird that the cord needed to be plugged into the bottle even though it wasn't plugged into the wall to turn this on

Actually pretty great
It gets 300-400 ml of water to a rolling boil twice on one charge, and it does it with a battery small enough to get through TSA. You might not realize it, but that's a triumph. Nobody else has anything that can beat that.

Confusing
Hard to tell the battery cuz I think it starts heating the moment u turn it on, but it worked so that's cool crazy I couldnt find any other products like this

Works as deisgned
It's good for what it is, there are no others that can heat water using batteries.I am not impressed with the button , they should make a switch, everyone is trying to do touch interface but it causes more problem and not practical
