I am obsessed with this steam cleaner! After using a different kind of hand-held steamer I can say this steamer machine is superior and so handle to have around! I pull it out daily for different uses. Home, toy sanitizing, car detailing. The different attachments are easy to switch out and work well. It’s so satisfying to clean all of those hard to reach places or forgotten areas with no chemical cleaners and minimal effort! It’s easy to move around for any job. My only negative feedback would be I wish there were a better storage solution for the mop arm and other parts when not in use, and it would be nice if the handle had a grip on it. I would also like for it to come with more of the washable mitts but overall this machine is a must have. I am very happy with this purchase.

This product by far beats any steamer I have used in the past. I have used the ones recommended on TikTok and big brands ones. Though this one throw any of the other ones off the chart. Very good build quality, A lot more steam then normal ones. Takes a while to build up heat level but clean very nice. Worth the money but it’s a hefty investment.

This little machine is AMAZING! I cleaned the walls, baseboards, bathroom, changed heads and moved on to the kitchen next the mattress and car! EVERYTHING was sanitized beyond my expectations! Money well spent! Low noise. high heat (be careful), long hose and very portable!

Overall, I am satisfied with this unit. I purchased it for cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, windows, and other various household surfaces. There are a few things to be aware of, but I would purchase this again.PROS:* The attachments are easy to attach and detach from the machine.* It is easy to set up and use.* It does the job I expected it to do.* Using the steam nozzle alone, it does an excellent job of cleaning out decorative details on furniture that I couldn't get any other way because the spaces were so tiny.* It gets nice and hot.* The water tank is a nice size.* I've seen some reviews that didn't like the fact that you are advised against putting any additives into the water. For me this wasn't a problem. I just sprayed the surface with my additive (which in this case was all-purose cleaner), then used the steamer on top of that.* Lightweight, has wheels on the bottom, and easy to carry.CONS:* The brush fibers immediately flatten out so much that they don't seem to serve any purpose. It's like no one tested them under the heat of the steam before pairing them with this tool. This makes the small brush attachments basically useless.* It doesn't have as much pressure as my last steamer, though I realize that this is not a pressure washer. You will have to clean the surface first to remove any debris. And even youve done the prep, dont think this is going to be a quick easy job. You will still need to be strong and relatively patient as you must make multiple passes over the same spot.* As other reviewers have mentioned, the cord is quite short, and depending on the attachments you are using, the hose could be longer, too. An extension cord helps, so this is not a deal-breaker.* The hose feels cheap, bit it worked fine when I used it. Only time will tell whether or not it holds up over time.* I would say this product is slightly over-priced. In my opinion, it shouldn't cost more than $100.

The machine is well designed. Easy to maneuver, light & portable, the cords are the right size and it is easy to change heads. My windows have never been so clean, no streak whatsoever. The floors feel great underfoot. It did a great job on the grout, tiles and porcelain tub in the bathroom. I highly recommend the Neat steam.

And the hardwood floors have never looked better. Huge thank you to everyone whose reviews gave me the confidence to order this Dupray Neat steamer. I use it daily. Cleans metal window blinds without taking blinds down. Walls stained? No problem. Pet wee? A quick spritz with deodorizer and the job is done. Tough stains? Try a pretreatment with a cleaner of your choice. Then steam over and voila! Clean clean clean. Bathroom has never been cleaner. For blind cleaning use a lint free cloth. Water tank holds 40oz +- My only regret is that I didn’t have this sooner.

I have had one of these steamers for a couple years now and use it all the time, it does a great job cleaning tile and bathroom showers and tubs without having to use chemicals. It’s great for getting into tight spaces to remove things like mold and mildew. I’ve also used it on my range grates to remove grease from cooking. I recently visited my Son and noticed that he used a variety of cleaning supplies when cleaning his home and decide to buy him one for his place. He also love the steamer now and uses it regularly. If I had to pick a complaint it would be that it takes some time, probably 10 mins or so, to heat up to full power; however, this is typically not a huge deal as I just do other things like dusting etc. while I wait. Last, these steamers can be dangerous, so please pay attention to the instructions and don’t get burned while using it or removing the fill cap before it’s totally cooled down.
