This may screw directly into the factory Cruze location. But it is nowhere near the factory piece. First off, there is no plug and play on the power and ground wires. Second of all, the factory light socket does not fit. You could spin this around the light socket for hours or take five seconds to compare the socket panel. Either you can go find one that fits and replace the stock license plate socket or so like I did and just bind it in there. Also, you so have to cut the factory grommet or drill, prime, and add a new grommet (not included) behind the chrome strip on the trunk lid.On the up side, it does work properly, although not the highest quality. Also, unless you put a non camera equipped cruise next to it and studied them, you would not be able to tell the difference.The bottom line on this unit is this. Unless you are bound and determined to have an OE looking camera, have an aftermarket headunit with camera input, are comfortable with removing the interior from the trunk lid to the head unit, and are competant to handle the wiring, you may want to rethink this and have a stereo shop (not a Best Buy) install a better unit.
