Unscented Dishwasher Pods by AspenClean, Dye-Free, Zero Plastic, EWG Verified™, Vegan, Eco-Friendly, Natural Dishwasher Detergent - 28 Count

We love these dishwasher pods. They were recommended by the EWG as a clean alternative to regular pods. They do an excellent job of getting our dishes clean and we have peace of mind knowing there are no dangerous chemicals being deposited onto our dishes.

I use this product al of the time because of its natural ingredients. One of the pods was broken, though, so there was powder inside the container. The container wasn't dented or damaged, so not sure how the damage inside happened.

AspenClean are the only "green" dishwasher tabs/pods we've found that actually work well: they 1) clean the dishes very well, and 2) do not leave any residue on the dishes. Every other option that we tried failed in at least one of those two areas. On top of that, these are EWG verified, and so unlike many other options that claim to be "green," these are not just greenwashing. The only drawback is that they are a bit pricey, but compared to the other options, they are well worth it!

I love the clean ingredients and that it’s unscented which is why I purchased it to wash my infant’s bottles and things. The first one I ordered was already open and missing several pods, so I exchanged it for another one. The second order was sealed but one of the pods was busted open so the powder was all over the container. I didn’t want to roll the dice on another exchange, so I let it go. I feel like that was an Amazon issue, and not indicative of the product itself. Aside from spots on the bottles, it works really well. All of the bottles feel clean and I am confident in the quality of the product itself. I will purchase it again when needed.

I’ve been trying to get rid of chemicals in my household products. This gets the highest score from the Environmental Working Group and cleans just as well as other dish detergents. It’s great.

These worked well and cleaned my dishes! However 3 pods in the box were damaged/broken so I will be requesting refund as there are quite pricey so if I pay I need all pods to be fully usable

These worked great at first but now with the second batch, it started leaving a powdery white residue on all the dishes and ruined some glassware with a film that I can't seem to remove. It's like these pods clogged the whole system because I had to deep clean the dishwasher with vinegar for it to start working again. Needless to say, we stopped buying these.Update: they only worked great with the first batch because I didn't realize at the time that the dishwasher still had Cascade rinse aid in it which defeats the whole purpose of going all natural.Another update: Aspen Clean offered a refund! ❤️

My favorite thing about these dishwasher pods are that they are EWG verified. Do they work any better than the non-verified products? I honestly don't know. But they certainly work just as well and without all the toxic chemicals. During a time when our nation is beginning to become aware of the dangers of all the toxic chemicals in our food supply, cleaning products, and even in our clothes, it's nice to have options. I'd love to give these dishwasher pods five stars, however, two of the last six containers we've received in our Subscribe and Save have come with a few broken pods in the container. It's not just messy, but it's wasteful. We aren't getting all we paid for. It hasn't stopped us from purchasing them, though, and it shouldn't stop you from giving them a try if you are looking for a healthier way to clean your dishes at home.
