Made perfect caramels with half the work
The caramel recipe I use spread easily into the cubes, hardened quickly, and popped out of the tray flawlessly. Using these molds was sooo much easier than using a 9x13 pan and then trying to cut the hardened caramel. My lines were never straight and it was never easy.
