I really love the belt and I can see the improvement on my dips. I haven't put anything more then 45lb to train because I can't lift heavier than that but it I think it can handle 90lb easily. It's very durable and good quality for the price

Perfect for adding weight to dips, squats and pull-ups. I use mine with dumbbells my adding 1 carabiner to secure the weight in place. It works really well, and is a game-changer for traditional body weight exercises where you want to reduce the total reps by adding weight to trigger growth.
