Non stick, flush great, I paired this with a bjoan plug in bidet. I use a non acidic cleaner and non aggressive cleaning pad as it state in toto website. I barely clean the toilet as it is really non stick, specially my bidet when it does a pre mist prior dropping packages to the sewer lizards. Toto is the best, I ordered a smart toilet with copy cat tornado flush, with auto flush..I say, toto is the best, once my smart toilet breaks, I will replace it with toto. That coating makes a lot of difference. You can yell that the manufacturer which is japan, takes pride and stand behind their product quality.

Very nicely packaged toilet in terms of shipping. The 1.6 version was poorly packaged and the base arrived broken. It took a week for amazon to pick it up for return and once they did I decided to order this version instead. I was skeptical that more than 1.28 gallons per flush was needed to push down the waste generated by my family. As of now, this toilet flushes like a champ. No blockages. I did have the water filler become blocked with debris from the water line. I was able to fix this easily by following a video on YOUTUBE. Availability for this toilet locally was nonexistent, so I was forced to order it online. The position of the flush handle is a bit odd but you get used to that pretty quickly and I do think holding it longer releases more water, though I am not sure. You can save money if you have a 12 inch rough; this model is for the 10 inch and it is priced higher.
