Ok product. May not be necessary.

There's nothing particularly wrong with this product, except it's probably unnecessary. You can plug any 20-pin ATX power cable into a 24-pin plug, as long as the motherboard power requirements don't exceed the rating of the power supply. Also, adding more connectors between the power supply and the motherboard may introduce more points of failure. So in the end, do your research and think twice before ordering this.
