So, it usually takes me a very long time to decide on a purchase. Not this time, I searched “3/4 length sleeve, upper arm shaper” and only made it through a couple of options before I decided on this one. When I make a purchase for anything I rely heavily on customer reviews. I have to thank all the women who posted videos and pics of this item because they informed my choice perfectly. This shaper fits me perfectly on the loosest setting (the shaper comes with 3 rows of bra style clips in the front). It makes my upper arms look amazing! Why did it take me this long to look for a shaper like this?A little about me. I am on a weight loss journey starting at well over 300 pounds. I’ve been overweight my entire adult life. But I got even fatter during the pandemic during which I did a fair amount of stress eating and I had never been close to being 320 pounds. Lest you think I was on Ozempic, I wasn’t. I lost 138 pounds the hard way, through diet (Ketogenic) and exercise. So back to my review as a 65 year old, fat my whole life, pear shaped woman with slender lower extremities, but fatter upper arms and thighs I have a lot of loose skin. I can’t afford weight loss surgery, and need a whole new wardrobe. But what fun is shopping for new clothes when you’ve lost a significant amount of weight but still don’t like the way you look? So, still needing new clothes, I ignored the fact that my arms were so big and flappy. Shopping on Amazon has been so fun. It is easy to find a plethora of clothing that fits my Boho, hippy look. Clothing I would not have worn at 320+ pounds now at 175-180 I will wear! I even bought my first belt! I still have 30-40 pounds to lose, but I am so close to my first goal weight of 165. There are still things I avoid because of my arms, stomach thighs, so it was time to think about shapewear. This shaper is the first item like it I have ever purchased. I’ve definitely bought shapewear for my lower body in the past, when I was in the 250 pound range, but never addressed my arms. I just hid them as best I could. This upper arm shaper is amazing! My upper arms still look fat, but they are held in so nicely, I know I can live with them the way they look with this shaper on. Additionally this shaper is a perfect bra! I lifts my breasts up and separates them instead of creating that dreaded pancake affect that sports bras can give. Because I am wearing this on the last row of clips, I know I will still be able to wear it as I loose weight. It is very well made and I expect it will last well when laundered appropriately in a mesh bag. The material is substantial, yet it is still comfortable. At this point I feel I will wear it all day so I am going to need to buy more! I am buying all 3 colors, and wish there were more. I highly recommend buying your true size. I bought the 2xl and feel that is perfect for my size and shape. I currently weigh 185 and I am 5’3. Body shape comes into play as well. Some women are blessed with a more even weight distribution, maybe a size smaller would work for them, or for a slender woman…but for someone like me, I went with the size suggestion and am overjoyed with the garment. I think this upper arm shaper is a bargain, well worth the money. You won’t regret this purchase!

Very comfortable. The bra fits well and having the arms attached like that makes a big difference.

This arm shaper is very comfortable to wear and gives a nice smooth look under clothes. The material is stretchy but firm enough to give support without feeling too tight. I like that it doesn’t roll down and it helps define my upper body shape. Perfect for daily wear or special outfits.

The material feels great! Had total reverse shoulder replacement & this helps with compression & stability. It’s not too restrictive on my shoulder. I did have gastro sleeve and w weight loss my arms became saggy and this helps with the saggy part from my arms. I ordered an Xlg and that’s good on my arms but not with my breasts (40DD) , I should of sized up because my chest feels compressed but afraid of if I did the sleeves would be too big on my arms. I will still order up just to see

Fits correctly, cover all the back and the bra part of the body, I usually wear with my faja and its very good bc with my faja cover entirely my body, bra and back, easy to use, it’s stretchy and a good fabric!

The sizing on this compression top is accurate. I ordered a Medium and it fit me as expected per the size chart matrix. It is lighter compression than a Lymphedema sleeve but I wanted a garment that provided support to my arms, arm pits, sides and chest following my reconstruction surgery and also compression for flights. I would catagorize the compression as medium. I purchased a black one but I like that there are options for colors.

Is so nice and so good for shape in your body but was too small

So much more comfortable than the one doc gave me.Light weight añd not super strong compression. It was a little tight under the boobs for añ xl but I guess the idea is to be tight.I used it after añ arm lift and bra lift.Material is ok. Overall I was uncomfortable but after surgery it wouodnt matter what I was in.I do wish it was a little longer like a long line bra top.
