Used bad laptop
Its very bad used product i returned it with in a week its LCD not original due to that reason laptop not working properly auto display out automatic windows and applications opening and closing its look nice but for work cannot

Received a good laptop working with good condition and upgradable to Windows 11.Checked the service tag/serial number in dell websites shows complete history & drivers also.Seller is very responsive ! good packing condition with new charger provided. Very minor acceptable scratches only.started using still long way to go....!!!core i5, Win 10,11, 16GB RAM, 250 SSD, FHD screen , light weight.

I bought this Dell 5400 on July 27. The laptop is excellent in performance. With 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD, it works very fast and smoothly. The display is clear, the build quality feels strong, and the battery backup is also reliable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of this laptop. Highly recommended.

Very bad quality
The quality is very bad. Its not working now. Gets heated when I charge in just 1 minute. And after that screen gets blured and finally totaly black.Please let me know how you can change this
