Does not compare to Resmed OEM item. Has very little elastic, very stiff. Has to be adjusted weekly due to material stretching.

Not worth it
Don't buy this. It started falling apart before I could get it totally on my mask. The fabric separated from the foam and is fraying already. Won't last long, but hopefully will last until I buy another one from someone else.
