Kinesio Tape - Pre-Cut Knee Support - Optimized Athletic Tape Strips - 3 Single-Use Knee Strips

I have had knee pain for about 2 years from running and riding a bike. I have tried knee braces and bands, but they didn't work great or were too constricting when trying to run.I finally decided to try this out because a friend recommended it. It helped the pain a lot. I can barely feel pain in my knee while I am running. The directions were easy to follow, and application was easy. It last about 3 days for me.I also tried the KT Tape brand, but I thought Kinesio worked better.The only con about this product is that it is kind of expensive. I can get 6 applications of the KT Tape for around $15, while Kinesio Precut is $5 per application.

It doesn't make much sense to me, but it works. I ride my road bike a long distance most weekends, typically 100 miles at a time. Before the Kinesio tape a deep knee ache would begin to set in about mile 30. Before the end of the ride, often my knee would hurt so bad I wouldn't be sure how I could go on. My symptoms are consistent with IT band problem. With the Kinesio knee tape, no pain. I can't explain it, but it works. To be fair, I've added some stretching, but frankly, I've not been consistent with it; what has been consistent is the tape. The tape is an inexpensive, non-invasive option. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. A 100% recommended buy.

Disappointed with the level of quality with this product. The packaging indicated pre-cut pieces of tape that implied some type of custom fit arrangement specifically for the palm and wrist area, to assist with carpal tunnel syndrome,The material appeared to be a bit cheap compared to another brand and there were only three strips of tape in the package. Also, the adhesive did not seem to be top level as the tape started frying and lifting fairly quickly.I purchased similar tape from KT Pro series and it was clearly a much superior product. It also represented a better value because I got 20 strips of the super high-quality KT tape for about $15 versus three strips of the Kinesio for around $8.Therefore, I highly recommend the KT Pro Tape.

These are a little bit pricey but they last 2-3 days. They really work. My wife is ready and waiting for her knee replacement. So far this provides much better relief than anything else she's tried. I understand they are very effective for post surgery too. I hope that's true. They're relatively easy to apply after you've done it a couple times. It took about 3 days before they start to peel off. Really happy we decided to try these

There is enough in the package for one time use only. It doesn't work. This item is defective. It says to rub to activate the adhesive. It never did. Within minutes this was coming off and within an hour it fell off completely. Complete waste of money. Buyer beware this product - it doesn't do as advertised.

These are great pre-cut applications. They come with several pieces of tape in each package & I am able to get at least 2 or 3 uses PER single pack. I use it for my carpal tunnel syndrome and it really does help with the circulation and reduction of swelling and pain, plus they come in really fun colors!

I have only been wearing the neck taping since last night, but I can already feel a difference!! I had a compression accident when I was younger and have had issues with my neck ever since. Chiropractic care and massage therapy work great--but needed something that would give continual relief throughout the day and night!I was able to wake up this morning with out any pain!! It has also helped with the issues i was having in my ears-(dysfunctional Eustachian tubes), by helping the fluid and the lymph drain.They have also helped me realize how bad my posture is, cause you can feel the tape pull when your head is leaning in any direction too far.Thank you Kinesio!
