Great!
These men’s bike shorts are a fantastic combination of comfort, performance, and quality. The material is lightweight, breathable, and does an excellent job of wicking away moisture during long rides. The padding provides great support without feeling bulky, making even extended time in the saddle much more comfortable. The fit is true to size with just the right amount of compression to stay in place without restricting movement. The stitching is durable, the waistband is comfortable, and the fabric feels premium and built to last. I also appreciate that they don’t ride up while cycling. Whether you’re a casual rider or spend serious time on the bike, these shorts offer excellent value for the money. Comfortable, well-made, and designed for performance, they exceeded my expectations and have quickly become my go-to pair for every ride.

Very good shorts for the price. Will buy them again.
Bought these shorts for $38 and am very happy with them. Very good quality materials and construction. But the fit and ride experience is what I am most happy about. I am male, 6 foot and weigh 168 pounds with a 35" waist. I ride a road bike. I bought a large on the recommendation of several reviewers who said that they are sized a bit small and they fit perfectly. Even a good fit on my thin thighs. I was a bit skeptical of the individually formed pads but was delighted at the comfort they provided. My first few rides of the season usually involve some soreness, but I experienced none with these shorts. I can no longer bike all day or do centuries, but on the few one-hour rides that I have done so far, they are quite comfortable. Will definitely buy them again.

Anti-slip elastic leg gripper fit loose
I purchased the “upgrade Sponeed Cycling shorts” in July. Others have complained of the fit. I believe with bicycling shorts the fit for each individual can vary depending on body shape and the preferences of the rider. I am always apprehensive when buying a new style and size bike short of the fit. For me the fit and size of the Sponeed Shorts was good. The padding was in the correct anatomical position and the correct thickness for protection. I appreciate that a bag was sent to wash the shorts in. I have never washed my shorts in a bag before but since the bag was sent I wash the shorts in the bag. I must say the material has held up well over some serious bike riding over the last four months. The deal breaker in my case has been mentioned many times in previous comments. The “upgraded anti-slip leg grippers” fit loose. I have not had this problem in any previous bike shorts that I have worn over the past 40 years. There is a fine line by wanting the bottom of the shorts to fit snug and being too tight. In my case they are loose and after putting some miles on the bike there is no improvement. After putting them on the first time, the grippers being loose, I thought that the material would breakdown. This is not the case, the material itself has held up well, the grippers are just loose. Some reviews have noted that the lower shorts “creep up”. I have not noticed this personally but I have been watching for this closely. This was not the case with me. Had it been the case I would have returned the shorts. I don’t buy bike shorts with price in mind. I buy shorts for fit, quality and comfort. I would buy these shorts again because the fit for me was good and I have not experienced the “creep” as of yet. More time will determine if this is the correct decision or not. Just a final note I am 6’2” 190 with a 36” waist and ordered the X-Large.

Great value, quality, and comfort for the money.
Very pleased and a bit surprised at the quality of these bike shorts. I've ridden road and mountain bikes for my entire life (I'm 66 years old, have done triathlons and bike races) including several 100+ mile days, and understand the importance and feel of quality bike shorts. Compared to the ridiculous cost of name-brand pro bike shorts nowadays, these shorts appears just as well-made as the high-end versions, and include the pockets in key areas that high end shorts often lack. Most of all, the gel chamois pad seems excellent. I was first skeptical it was actually gel, as opposed to dense foam (it doesn't feel "gel-ly") but looking more into the mfg. website and specs and illustrations, the shorts indeed have a thinnish gel LAYER sandwiched between the dense foam layers. The pad is very thick, actually, and I worried a bit too thick and bulky, as any experienced cyclist knows you don't want a cushy seat for long rides, you want low friction. And at first try-on the shorts (i.e. the chamois pad) felt quite boxy and stiff. But a first ride of 40 miles went fine, and a longer 85-mile ride in 95 F heat and hills all day this week was even better as the pad became more worn-in and the new-fabric stiffness of the pad softened up. I used the usual butt-cream skin/chamoix protectant liberally and no undershorts, as is the correct way to use these. You still have to be in good shape, of course, and fancy gel padding will not prevent a sore butt if you are out of conditioning and your butt is not used to the miles. But as I come back into conditioning myself this pair of shorts seems to be a very good value for the cost and quality. I'd buy another pair for sure. Long-term wear and durability undetermined.

Great shorts for bicycling!
I bought these shorts on 2024. I wore them at least once a week, every week, riding 20 to 30 miles each time. They performed wonderfully! I loved them, they look great, have perfect padding and good elastic. They finally lost some of the elastic on the legs, some of the padding and the color is fading. I will get a new pair!

Amazing deal on cycling shorts. Excellent quality and amazing pricing!
I am thrilled with the quality and pricing of these bike shorts. I bought 2 different pairs, these cost about $36. I was looking online for bike shorts and found the higher priced brands start at $65 for their basic budget shorts. These are of excellent quality, the fit is perfect for me, I got a Medium size, weigh about 133 lbs, waist is 32 in , hips 35 inch and they fit perfect, look and feel good. Nice colors, durable material, the padding is very nice cushy and feels good on my road bike. the padding is not excessive and it feels just right. the comfort is much better than my old Aero tech shorts which cost a lot more. These shorts are the ones in the middle of of my picture, the aerotech shorts on the right. the ones on the left I also bought on amazon, another brand for a bit less $.

Cyclists Essential Gear
I like these cycling shorts because they offer a good value and comfort for casual and moderate distance rides. The padding is great, the fabric is decent, and the performance features are helpful. The fabric is breathable and moisture wicking, keeping me cool and dry even on hot days. The four way stretch of the material really is nice because it allows for unrestricted movements. This is very crucial in cycling especially for those intense climbs. The shorts come equipped with 4D gel padding. This is super helpful when cycling. It is thick enough to absorb those hard bumps but without feeling too bulky or uncomfortable. I appreciate the way it is strategically placed to prevent saddle sores. I was able to take a 50 mile route without any discomfort so thats a big win in my book. The shorts also come with reflective stripes which is great for added visibility and overall safety. The phone pocket on the leg is also a nice touch for quick access, and the flatlock seams minimize chafing. In general I would make the suggestion of washing them inside out and air dry to preserve the fabric and padding quality. I am happy with my purchase of these cycling shorts overall. The sizing is accurate, they are comfortable to wear and a good value for the money. I would recommend them to other cyclists.

Good for the money
Not at all bad for the price...i am a casual rider (12 miles/day in a hour). I bought 1 size up (bought a medium what i am usually a Small) and they fit fine, snug without being tight. Reasonably padded and Ok for about an hour.

Just buy it. I'm getting a second pair
Bought the NICEWWIN, nice shorts but the padding although the right thickness it was too soft, got a large, fit was good. Bought the SOUKE nice shorts, great padded but after a while on the saddle you feel the spaces between padded areas, this gets better after you wear it a few times. I will buy another pair, I originally got a large and it was a little big so I'll get a medium next go round. The Sponeed was a nice blend of the first two, good padding but not over padded, and is a pleasure to wear. Bought a Medium, fit was good but can't go smaller. I’m 165lbs. 5’ 10” waist 34” thin legs.

Awesome for the price
Initially I thought the seems down the inside of the leg under the gel padding would be an issue but it is not a problem. These shorts are very good for the price. I only use them for 2 40 minute rides per day (not the same pair daily)
