Great product. Raised my Ferratin level from 11 to 36 in two months. Hemoglobin is finally at normal level. I take the pills separately through out the day with a little food. No stomach problems and no bathroom issues.

Since giving birth one year ago I’ve been experiencing many problems: randomly passing out, sensory issues every time I would go out (I would either have a panic attack or faint), dizziness, extreme brain fog, pressure behind the eyes, heaviness in my lungs, and fatigue. After looking at my labs I realized that my ferritin was 30, iron saturation was 16! After taking these for only one month, ALL symptoms improved!! I feel I am getting my life back. My ferritin is already up to 46, iron saturation is up to 31. Incredible! These were also very gentle on the stomach. I really had no problems while taking them and that’s saying a lot since I now have a very sensitive stomach since giving birth. I couldn’t recommend these enough!

I have a tendency towards low iron that sometimes results in anemia. I found this product a few years ago and it’s been a life-saver (pun intended). I typically take only one-third or two-thirds of the recommended dose, depending on my last ferritin lab results, and this product has successfully kept my iron within normal limits since I’ve been using it. Also, it has so far produced none of the nasty side effects that come with typical iron supplements and iron infusions. I intend to keep using this product for the foreseeable future and recommend it for others with similar issues.

I'm so glad I found these heme iron gelcap supplement and for a great price! I get no side effects from them (no stomach issues whatsoever) and they bumped my iron levels significantly. I highly recommend them!

I have low iron and I find that these caps make a difference. I decided to stop taking them for a little while and realized what a difference they make for me. I now have a subscription for these and do recommend them if you iron is low. Definitely check with your physician before starting any kind of supplement, iron can be dangerous if taken without direction, but once you have been given the needed blood work to determine you need iron, this is a good choice! I've been taking them for a few years and my iron levels are up.
