’ll be honest—I don’t have the time (or frankly the patience) to memorize every meat’s ideal smoking temp and time. This magnet has been super convenient. Whether it’s brisket, ribs, or chicken, I just glance at it and boom—perfect cook, no more searching the internet for the info. It looks nice on top of my smoker. Clean design, and easy to read.

We recently purchased an electric smoker for our outdoor kitchen and got this handy magnetic reference card. Nice large size, easy to read, it sticks right on the side (or top) of our smoker. Color coded for beef, pork, poultry, etc, even a leg of lamb (we’ll have to try that one!), tells you what temp/time settings to use, even suggested wood types to compliment the meat of choice. I would like for it to have a suggestion for smoking sausages, and though I realize I purchased a MEAT guide, I would have loved it to include info for potatoes or other veg. I guess we can look that up though. Very useful, easy to apply and move around (unlike a decal), easy to clean. I would probably avoid harsh cleaners, not sure how well the printing would withstand. Arrived super fast, in a nice cardboard envelope, but the corners all had a bit of the printing rubbed off. Not a big deal, this thing is going to get some serious use. Nice addition for those new to the smoking game.
