There are english instructions on the bag, super easy to follow. They really do cook super fast, I was taken by surprise.I think I cooked them a teeny bit too long, cause they were a bit softer than I wanted, but they still had some chew to them.If you want your boba to be sweeter or to have a slight flavor, make sure to cover them with what you want after you cooked and drained them. The bag said something like 2-3 minutes, but I left mine in my brown sugar syrup for a while longer cause I really wanted to make sure they soaked up some of the sweetness, and they did.If you’re only making one big cup of tea for yourself, I would recommend cooking about 1/4 cup. It doesn’t seem like much when they’re dry, but they get bigger when they’re cooked.

Directions aren’t in English but I discovered if you cook them 4 minutes...run through cool water the, emerse in honey , they’re perfect. Only make 1 portion at a time because they get hard being stored.

Obviously no taste, you must soak in a brown sugar syrup.

Never realized that the local Chinese markets carry this product. so used to place order for these from amazon. Price on amazon is at least double of what I could pick up from the local markets for the exact same product. I dont have an issue with the item it has good flavor and everyone in my family loves it. But the only concern is with the cost on amazon.
