Q: What is with Tour 360 22's about rubbing the skin off the back of the heel? How do you stop this?

I did not have to do anything, I did have any heel problem with these shoes whatsoever. Just an FYI, I normally ride in my cart when I play.

Q: Can the spikes be removed and changed?

No they are fixed, can not be replaced.

Q: Are these waterproof?

I don’t know if that is what Adidas says but I play early in the morning with lots of dew on the grass and I’ve never had wet feet when wearing these golf shoes.
