Basically, whey protein is concentrated milk powder. It's not steroids, nor is it magic.It has, however helped me return to peak form by adding to my daily protein intake, improving recovery, immunity & overall health. It tastes really good & is a convenient, smart way to add more protein in each meal while avoiding unnecessary calories from other macronutrients like carbohydrates & fats (with calories only coming from the protein.... Sorry Varun Dhawan, whey protein/ANY protein drink HAS calories).Ideal for all training levels, general population & athletes alike.I have been using this brand's products since January 2022.It is genuine & effective for the most part.The solubility is sometimes not ideal but it does dissolve well.

Is this product sugar free?This is a rhetorical question. Its ingredients have things worse than sugar. My blood glucose shot up more than it did with medical grade glucose or normal sugar.Not at all for people who want to avoid sugar. They deliberately didn't post the ingredient list photograph.
