its so cheaply build
the snapping of the softbox is very very fragile. if i snap it on one side it will release from other side. in front of client it makes me feels like a noob. thats so frustrating. i am already thinking to replace it soon

Soft box good but the clips baaaaad!
The softbox as a whole is very good for photography but the clips that hold the softbox together as so delicate that it doesn’t clip. I have to maneuver it so much as it snaps off one clip while i setup the other clips and then I have to start over! It’s soooo frustrating !! Especially makes you look like you don’t know what you are doing on set with the client watching ! So embarrassing !!
