My husband is very unsatisfied with the total shipments just to get the tool he needs for work! First he was upset that the screwgun had no charger, battery or no bits. After ordering the charger and battery, he also had to order the bits. Upon arrival of the bits, hr quickly discovered that there are no flat head bits, only Phillips!
