Glasslock 15-Cup Rectangle Handy Container,White

I purchased this container, as I needed something large enough to hold over 3 liters of yoghurt. I love to make my own yoghurt, and this is perfect for storing it as it is rectangular and does not take up as much fridge space as round ones would. I love that it also has a handle on top for carrying it. It is well made, and totally suits my purpose. I only wish it was cheaper, might have purchased a second one.

I was looking for a deep and wide glass container for Japanese nukazuke pickling. Of course, I thought about getting one from the famous manufacturer Noda Horo, but I didn't want to take the risk of getting a chipped one from Japan, and they say they can't guarantee it because of the nature of their processing. Also, their sizes are not perfect (either too small, too big, or too shallow), and I wanted a non-plastic container with a handle, as it would be heavy with the nuka inside. This container is made in South Korea and is very well made! It is deep enough to make it easy to stir the nuka every day. It is big enough to hold a couple of Persian cucumbers and some other vegetables like daikon radish and carrots for me and my husband. It is a nice size to keep in the fridge (I keep it in the fridge, unorthodox method). The lid snaps tight and it doesn't leak. The handle makes it so easy to grab the container out of the fridge, although I always support the bottom with my other hand, as it is quite heavy. I'm so glad I found this container!

La utilizo cuando voy a la carnicería y así evitar que me den la carne en bolsas de plástico, está genial su tamaño y que sea de vidrio, se nota muy resistente. Su tapa con asa lo hace cómodo de transportar, aún así lo trato con cuidado. Me parece una muy buena compra ya que no guarda olores como los recipientes de plástico, y en mi caso evitó las bolsas desechables en los establecimientos :)

Buena calidad, son grandes y con gran capacidad, lo malo es que son pesados
