is the cover as high a quality as the orginal. no. but, since most of us have our phones in a case most of the time, it's not a big deal. removing the old back was somewhat challenging. the pros have a heat pad they lay the phone on to slowly heat up the glue holding the bacl cover on. without that, I laid mine in the sun for 10 minutes or so. that did not really do the trick. it took quite a bit of effort to get the old back off. it did not come off in one piece. wear glasses, as tiny glass pieces broke off as I tried to work the tools in around the seam.watch the online videos. commit yourself. it Will come off. this kit comes with all sorts of handy tools. the new back went on very easily. I used some small weights to apply some pressure on the back for a while to give the new adhesive time to set up.remember to remove the glass protectors on the underside of the new back that cover the camera lenses. and the strip covering the glue around the edges before you try to attach the new back.
