Very comfortable
This sleeve is true to size, and the measurement chart is accurate. Good, secure compression without being too much. I play catcher in softball and so I'm using that arm to throw often. After a game, there is no longer much pain on my elbow whereas before, I had a hard time finishing out the game. I like how it also gets warm.

Feels good when I wear it
Feels real good on my elbow that has been sore for weeks now. The only thing I find wrong with it is when i wear it for an extended amount of time it rubs the inside of my arm and makes it a little uncomfortable.

Sizing sucks
My biceps are larger than my forearms, I measured as the directions specified but the upper end was still tight while the lower end gaped. I even tried flipping it around, but the fit was horrible.
