The original remote for my Chromecast with Google TV had some functions fail. I tried some replacements from Amazon, but even though the remotes had all the same buttons they didn't all work. Specifically, the TV power and mute buttons. I returned both of them. I finally tried again and this one works exactly like it should. Setup was as easy as it should have been and it has full functionality. 5 stars

Dog ate the remote
Had to replace our remote. This one was extremely easy to pair (already had the code in it so no searching for a hour) just pulled it out and started using it. Function’s just like the original remote.

The most important thing is how easy it was to just start using it.
It is do easy to set up. All you do is point it at the tv and push a button and it works. I pushed the volume down button and the volume went down. It's a great size as well. Not too big and not too small for us.

It's a remote!
Great! Replaced my old broken remote! Volume, power, and input buttons all work once programed! It's as if the old remote was never replaced! I will note this new one is a bit lighter and has a cheaper plastic feel, but if you don't mind what materials it's made of and want a remote that works this is for you!
