Incredibly strong and very easy to customize
I bought this case to House my new apertura 75Q chromatic refractor. The advantage of this case is that there are pluck out sponge segments, which allow you to make it fit the scope and the attached automatic focuser as well, and I was thrilled that everything came out as good as it did and has provided extremely solid excellent protection as the case is like armor. I would highly recommend it to anyone else.

MONOPRICE 82.2L WEATHERPROOF HARD CASE
🔥🔥🔥THE BEST QUALITY AND VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! — I ALREADY HAD THREE 28.5L WEATHERPROOF HARD CASES BUT WANTED THIS ULTIMATE 82.2 LITER BLACK WEATHERPROOF HARD CASE WITH WHEELS. — OBVIOUSLY MONOPRICE HAS EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY OR I WOULD NOT BE ON MY FOURTH AND MY MOST EXPENSIVE CASE THUS FAR. AT WORK I SEE ALL BRANDS OF HARD CASES COME THROUGH DAILY, ALL SIZES, SHAPES AND QUALITY. I CAN TELL YOU THAT BESIDES MINOR DETAILS THESE MONOPRICE PURE OUTDOOR COLLECTION CASES ARE OUTSTANDING AND ARE VERY SIMILAR IN ALMOST EVERY WAY. SOME BRANDS THE FOAM IS GLUED IN, NOT MONOPRICE THEY LEAVE THAT CHOICE UP TO YOU. I LIKE THE FOAM REMOVABLE. A NICE CLEAN EMPTY CASE TO DO WHAT I WANT WITH. MONOPRICE COMES PACKED WITH LAYERS OF FOAM YOU CAN REARRANGE OR PLUCK FOR YOUR PREFERENCE. THERE ARE ALSO USEABLE PRESSURE VALVES FOR TRAVEL AND STORAGE. THERE IS AN IP67 RATING TO PREVENT DUST AND WATER. HANDLES ARE RUGGED AND LARGE. THE MONOPRICE CASE IS UV RESISTANT AND SHOCKPROOF AND ONES OF THE SAME SIZE ARE STACKABLE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOLES FOR PADLOCKS AND REMEMBER TO BE CREATIVE, A FEW SECONDS WITH A DRILL AND A SLIGHTLY BIGGER HOLE ALLOWS FOR SOME GNARLY LOCKS, ALTHOUGH 7mm HOLE MAY BE GOOD FOR YOU. DELIVERY WAS FASTER THAN EXPECTED AND THE PRICE IS $300 LESS THAN THE COMPARABLE BRANDS. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THE MONOPRICE PURE OUTDOOR COLLECTION! CASE NUMBER FOUR IS MY FAVORITE BY FAR! 🔥🔥🔥

Well built and sturdy
This fits all my digital camera gear! It is so satisfying to open, almost like those spy movies, and totally easy to customize. The price was great and it is pretty heavy so maybe I will need to buy a collapsible hand truck with wheels because I’m a weakling, but this will be really useful for when I have to shoot somewhere on location— way better than carrying a million smaller cases.

Nice case, good price
I had originally bought this to carry a large ham radio, and I had cut it out to do this job, but after it was all said and done, I’m not so sure I’ll be using it all that often, but time will tell. The case is very nice, and will do the job perfectly.

Great Build Quality, But Interior Size Disappoints
I recently purchased the Monoprice Weatherproof Hard Case (22" x 14" x 8") intending to use it for a delicate instrument along with a folder that measures 11.5" x 14". The case is sturdy, well-built, and offers excellent protection, but there’s one significant drawback: the interior dimensions. While the exterior dimensions are listed as 22” x 14” x 8”, the interior space measures only 20.5” x 10.75” x 7”. Unfortunately, this size difference is large enough that the folder won’t fit inside. I didn’t anticipate losing 3.75 inches in width due to the thickness of the case walls and external features like the hinges and handle. The product description on Amazon didn’t provide the internal measurements, which could easily lead others to assume—as I did—that the interior dimensions would be closer to the external ones.If you’re considering this case, be aware that the usable space is significantly smaller than the external measurements suggest. Despite this, the case is excellent for protecting delicate equipment and could be perfect for other purposes. I’d recommend the manufacturer update the listing to include interior dimensions to help others make an informed decision.

Definitely worth my investment
I was unfamiliar with this company but the case was on sale so I took a chance. Perhaps like some shoppers, I own a couple very expensive Pelican cases. I wanted a medium/small case to carry camera gear in but didn’t want to buy another very expensive name brand.I am impressed. The case seems sturdy, and the latches and hinges seem durable (see the photo showing one latch open and the other closed). There are holes near the latches where a padlocks can go but they seem smallish. The other photo shows the upper, bottom, and interior padding (the pluck out type) and all four are removable. The knob centered on the handle is an air vent. As a reviewer mentioned, the exterior dimensions are bigger than the interior measurements which are a little less than 20 1/2 inches by a little less than 10 3/4 inches measured at the opening. There is a slight taper in the case so at the bottom I expect the measurements are a tiny bit smaller. On top of all that, it has a comfortable handle. I will definitely look to Pure Outdoor when I next need a sturdy case.

Very solid heavy latchable lockable box
This case is very strong. It is heavy given it is made of thick strong materials (though certainly lighter than a metal equivalent). It is latchable. It is lockable via plastic locking tabs molded into the body. It comes with a foam insert that allows it to be customized for whatever sort of fragile or valuable item you are looking to store/transport in it. Compared to similar cases, it is a little stronger, a little heavier, and a bit cheaper. So overall it is a good value. I haven't tried to submerge it, and don't plan to, so I don't have any information on whether it would be waterproof. It looks like it is designed to resist water for at least a little while (it has a rubber gasket). I'm sure it would float. The box is easily carriable via the handle. My only knock is that the lock tabs are not reinforced with metal. It's not a big deal for me as I am not using it for a purpose where someone would work on the case for some time to break into it. But that could be a concern for some and I've seen lesser boxes (an in fact I have one) that did have metal reinforced lock tabs. For a case of this size, quality and weight, it would have been consistent with its design to beef up the security of its lockability. Still breaking the plastic tabs would be no easy job so its pretty secure for most applications. Recommended.
