Amazing Product
I have been suffering with horrendous headaches due to toothache and I needed something else to use alongside the pain relief until my dental appointment. This cooling cap has been a life saver. I tried putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours but it was a bit cold for me. I now leave it on my bedside table and have found that even at room temperature, the gel is perfectly cool for me. It doesn't feel cool when you touch it but as soon as you put it on your head, it's lovely. Nice and snug, not heavy at all. I am so grateful for this product.

It’s tight but good
The head cap is pretty good but it does feel quite tight.. maybe I have a big head or something but it’s a little tight around the head.I’ve kept mine on the fridge to keep it extra cold and when I have a headache, it’s like a super cold shock treatment and my headache is gone so I cannot complain.4 out of 5 because of the fit

Honestly worth it!
I get regular hormonal migraines and have become pretty efficient at getting my pain under control. However, someone suggested one of these to me and it is AMAZING. I already am a fan of having something cold on my forehead/neck whilst having my feet in/on something warm as a natural way to get the pain under control but it’s always proven to be quite a faff balancing cool packs or damp flannels on my head. This takes all that faff away! I keep it always in the fridge in the bag it came in so it’s ready to be used. It can be frozen for a short while too (and heated up but I have never tried that option). I have a large head and a LOT of thick hair yet this fits. It also sits comfortably on the more averaged sized head. I will update this review if my opinion changes or if I come across any negative points but so far so good!

Migraine hat, best we have had
Wife loves it, so much so, this is her second. Keep them both in fridge then alternate. These are the best she has had

Very effective, and a genuine Amazon customer...
I don't leave reviews often but make the effort for really good things I hope to help others with. After so many bad headaches and various medication, nose spray etc to relieve sinus systems, I found the worst headaches, the ones you feel in your front teeth and make you feel physically sick to the point of a full blown migraine to be the hardest to deal with other than trying to sleep it off with stronger pain relief. I bought one of these as I was willing to try anything to help ellieviate symptoms. These made sense to me as an engineer and designer. The first time I tried it from the freezer, despite a terrible headache, I couldn't keep it on for very long as being in the freezer made it so painfully cold. It did help but I decided to try it in the fridge as my partner likes to have the fridge set to almost artic conditions. I have to say I found it much better, more manageable and very helpful. It's a really comfortable material and lasts a good amount of time. It was so effective I bought another 2 for my mum and sister. I dont think you'd be disappointed...
