This is the first time I have tried this product ohaamr they make it quite beautifully and there is no smell at all it helps my jaw muscles become firmer and more unruly it has 4 levels but I think the first level is more than enough but if If you want to practice quickly, you can use the next levels

The insert that comes with this 3 piece set says the black are only 50lbs of resistance (see pic), which doesn't align with the resistance of the 4 piece set I bought nor what's advertised here. Please confirm which is correct.I bought this 3 piece set in July and already bit thru the red a few days ago (did an extremely high rep set), and have also left deep impressions in the black which make it look like their structural integrity is about to give way also. Is that length of useful life in line with the manufacturers expectations?I love these and will likely buy again as new and improved versions are released.

Used for about a week at the advanced level and I was feeling small pieces in my mouth to come to the realization that these products break off in your mouth if you chew too hard, cool product but wish it didn’t fall apart in your mouth

So i have to say yes it does work. I’ve been doing this for a little over a month consistently every morning and every night . And yes I now do receive a lot of compliments on my jaw. But the instructions are not clear. I would recommend putting them in hot water before every use & be aware of breakage . As soon as you start feeling the tablets get easier to bite into due to breakage that’s when you know you’re ready for the next step . And I won’t lie it does happen pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend loosing weight too , i feel like it’s more defined that way . But i am very happy with the result , a month in and i’m already on the black (final weight) so i hope to find something heavier.

I like the product but I saw the reviews about people saying they will split. I ignored it and I also have experienced the same fate.The idea of these are good but they will split and break. Im sad because i didnt even use this every day. about 3 weeks of use with every other day of use and its already broken :(cant get a return so i dont know why these are so bad with the quality

These items have a good design and that there is increasing challenge to allow for progressive adaptations. Their placement towards the posterior aspect of the mouth as opposed to devices that allow biting with the anterior teeth is crucial as it applies the pressure to the correct teeth given their functions. They also have a grooved section which allows for comfortable placement of the blocks. The individual cases are also nice to make them portable while keeping them clean. Where they fail is specifically in their construction as you can see in the images of the blue and the red block, both of them have split. This is from using the blocks only for a couple weeks for each and only intermittently about two to three times a week. For that reason I would say using a design with this device is a good idea but this brand is specifically a poor choice due to the quality of the build.
