SERIOUSLY one of my favorite sauces OF ALL TIME
This sauce is so different and SO delicious. It's a little on the hotter end for my personal palate, but the flavor is so powerful and unique, I can't stop using it. This bottle is not going to last long...I'm about to try the Jalapeno one and I cant wait! This is so creative. I'm Ssper excited to see what these guys come up with next!!P.S. the packaging is outstanding too. Easily the best in the game right now. I know what I'm getting my friends for christmas...

Very hoppy
I got the Fresno peppers + Simcoe Hops. The bottle is quite nice with the seal and sticker. As for the taste, I can definitely say that it is a very unique hot sauce. Overall it is probably about medium spicy for me. Personally, I feel it lives up to its name very well and there is a very distinctive hops flavor to it, its one of the defining tastes in this hot sauce. It isn't as salty as some other sauces I've tried which is okay. Since I don't have a huge preference for (or against) hops I think it has fairly limited uses in my arsenal as there are certain foods I wouldn't add it to. However, this sauce would be amazing for anyone who loves hops or likes drinking IPAs.

A Tasty, Full Bodied Sauce With Some Fairly Serious Heat (15K - 25K SHU), Expensive
If you like hot sauces that pack some heat but don't cause a 10 alarm fire in your mouth, this is a good choice. I'm not quite sure how to describe the flavor. I mixed it in with some pasta and that diluted it a fair amount. That tamed the heat and softened the flavor of the sauce.I'm not terribly crazy about the flavor of the sauce if there it too much of it. I don't think it would make a good wing sauce but it would be great for tacos. For me, this sauce needs to be diluted so it blends with other flavors and juices. It really shines there. At 15,000 to 25,000 SHU (the measure of heat for peppers and sauces) this is going to be about 4X as hot as a jalapeño pepper. For those who like hot things, this will be robust. For those who don't particularly care for hot things, this may be disgustingly hot.

Tasty hot sauce
This hot sauce is pretty decent - it definitely has a subtle hops flavor to it. It is not very spicy, which was expected since it is labeled as mild. It has a very minor kick to it. The flavor itself is pretty tasty. The sauce is more on the watery side in my opinion. Not sure if this size bottle is worth $14, but I guess you're paying for a unique type of sauce. Would be a cool gift for a beer lover!

Pretty good
Came intact in bubble wrap. Attractive bottle. Good red color with all natural ingredients. Nice flavor, hops included. Not very spicy (mild), and the flavor takes a little bit of time to come through. This is not one of those Bam!, hit you right away type sauces. Had it with shredded slow corked pork.

Interesting profile - 3.5 stars
I love hot sauces and trying new ones so, I was excited to try this. This was the first time I saw hops blended with hot sauce. The medium heat level had a kick but, mellowed out. I did taste a hint of the hops, which had a herbal greeny taste to it. Personally, I think I could have done without the hops. I can see myself adding this to ketchup and eating it with fries or adding it to fried rice.

Low to medium heat sauce
This Alchemy Peppers Hopp Sauce: fresno peppers plus simcoe hops sauce is definitely different tasting from any hot sauce we have tried. I personally didn't care for it but my husband did like it. He used it on his barbecued chicken wings as he always adds more sauce to them. He gave it about a low medium in heat, and he did like the addition of the hops.

Not Very Hot
Everyone's palate is different. I LOVE hot and spicy things. I grew up eating spicy food like it was candy and most things marketed as "Tastes Like Fire" aren't at allThis isn't super hot to me but it's delicious! It's bursting with a beautiful blend of all the ingredients, not too tangy and vinegary, not bitter, not too sweet and has a nice, gentle hotness to it. More like a warming effect that enhances the flavor of what you're putting it onSo far my wife and I have used it on chicken, fish and saladsYum!
