Does the job
These cards work with older PCs but come with Windows 7 drivers so you can upgrade an old machine to Windows 7 and keep trucking a few more years. The Windows Experience rating for Graphics went from 1.0 (when using the Windows "Standard VGA Adapter" driver) to 3.1, which works but obviously leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to performance. Don't expect high performance, but at least you will have a video card with working windows 7 (or 8) drivers.
