"GOOD AND TOP GRADE ITEM"
Great and Much Needed Tool!Really Great item I must have tried say 7 or 8 different nozzles and none of them were perfect. In fact most were either 'Rejects or Failures' to be blunt and even the best were just Fair. But you Cannot do 'Top Grade' work with a 'substandard' item!...This New Factory Built Part 'Changes all That!'Super,Super High Marks to Creality for Bringing out this part!.TRULY THIS IS THE PART WE WERE WAITING FOR!!!!!LIKES:Dirt Cheap for the role it servers and the Need it Meets!.A Must Have Item for serious Model Makers!Fantastic Quality it fits well and adjusts easy!.This Part practically Obsoletes all other nozzles!.Port is open NOT blocked like so many even high priced Nozzles!Thread is cut well and fits heat block perfectly with No Leaks!.DISLIKES:Nothing Major except to say i wish this Nozzle were available earlier.OK I don't know just yet how well this part will hold up to nylon andabrasive filaments as there are differing kinds of Brass. But I am seeing that similar Nozzles are coming out in Steel and Copper!.TIPS an TRICKS:Basically this fits like most 0ther 'Brass Nozzles, You heat your Head to at least 220 or a bit higherIf you run 'Hot Filament' a lot sic.Now 'This Nozzle' will and should fit flush with the Heat block OK.It fits flush and a bit snug which is why you preheat the block to let the nozzle seat better!.Personally from my Use/Observation at least on my machine no gasket, Or sealer is neededto prevent leaks, But i am at times will put a Dab of Zinc Lubricant on the threads so the Nozzlewill break loose rather easy when its time to change it out for a new Nozzle sic!.LAST TIP:Like any-other Nozzle adjustment is critical, For the closer you can get the nozzle to the print or Work Piece the better and more detailed the part will be etc.Now the Catch 22 is if you goof and the Hot Nozzle actually touches the print then the whole thing like Cinderellas Coach will just self destruct and believe me its a sad thing to see that happen!.Now every one has their own favorite way to Level their bed, And to adjust the Nozzle close to the Print.Yes there are free downloads from the WEB if you want to automate this. And some folks use machinist calibers etc.Me I'm a Farm Boy so I like things that are simple but that work!.I have 2 old expired plastic Credit Cards, A Thin and a Thick One O.K...So If i'm going to make a small part that's only going to run say 2 or 3 hours I use the thin card!.But if Im going to make a Large Part thats gonna run past 3 or 4 hours, I use the thick card to space!.It Works Swell For me!.The proof is watch the bed, I print off the Raft a lot..........If you are are getting a Fine thin line you are 'Too Close! If a Big Wavy Line then you are too far away from the part. What works best for me. I adjust the bed until I see a fine line, Then I turn the adjusters mebbe a half turnUntil the Print Line 'Very Faintly' starts becoming Wavy but just a teeny bit OKAnd if your Speed and Heat is set just right you can get a perfect part for Real!..........Many Thanks to Creality!.Many Thanks to Amazon for a Perfect Part!.....Nuff Said:IndianaED

A good part to replace!
Some 3D printer parts should be regarded as "consumables" and print heads are one of them. Sometimes you can have printing issues, try all the adjustments and get nowhere -- when what you really needed was to simply "bit the bullet" and replace the print head. They're not expensive and not difficult to replace. I felt it was safest to use original Creality parts to eliminate the "aftermarket variable".

Replacement nozzle and silicone boot
Not much all I can say but everything works great, used on Ender S1 3D printer.

Nozzles are fine, but they aren't labeled
These nozzles are fine, they are what they say they are, and i like that they come with the silicone socks, but they aren't labeled as 0.4mm nozzles. Every other nozzle that i have ever had says what size it is, even other official creality nozzles, i don't know why these aren't labeled.
