A 1mm dropper is the dose and just squeeze under the tongue. A nice kind of raspberry flavor and absorbs fairly quickly. I have some life happening and was happy they still sold this brand. Buenas, escribo ya que cuando recibi la vitamina que es embasada en cristal, entiendo que el empaque no es el adecuado, 1ro la vitamina llego y estaba un poco caliente por la temperatura externa, 2do se pudo haber roto ya que no habia ningun tipo de protecion, 3ro quien lo envia sabe de los riesgos de enviarlo de esa forma y por querer ahorrar en el paquete le pudo haber salido mas caro, porfavor vamos a hacer las cosas bien de 1ra instancia y haci nos evitamos contratiempos y malgasto de dinero, somos adultos y no es la 1ra vez que envia un producto, sea conciente, ahora mismo yo n o se si la efectividad de la vitamina se vio comprometida por los cambios de temperatura, mejor atencion al detalle para una proxima ocacion, gracias.

This is the only brand of B-12 I’ll buy. I used to buy it from a health food store, but Amazon auto ship is so much easier. I highly recommend this product.
