Nice , warm o heat the water quickly

I was excited to get this frother. It had good reviews. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. The cord has to fit through an opening in the bottom or it doesn’t sit flat. You have to sit it on the right spot on the base or it doesn’t work. Maybe I’ve missed an arrow or something pointing to where it should sit.I pour my cream up to the line as directed. I’ve used this cream before in another frother. Sometimes it mixes up to a nice froth and other times there’s a very little on top and it’s just like pouring it from the bottle into my coffee. If I find that I’m doing something wrong I’ll come back and change my review. It is easy to clean.
