Love Jessica!!!
I’m 55 and a workout DVD addict-have done many Beachbody programs,Cathe Friedrich and many intense workouts over the years but Jessica’s DVDS are my go to these days.To be honest,my body tends to bulk when I focus on Cathe’s DVDS and as much as I love her,her workouts tend to have dread factor for me.I tried this new one by Jessica/upper body and core yesterday and lower body today and loved them!I just love Jessica’s personality and love how she puts fresh new moves in all of her workouts-not to mention the gorgeous Florida background-being from Jersey,I long to be where Jessica is!!I bought 3 other DVDs from this new set and can’t wait to try them this week!!!

Challenging workout but well worth it!
I recently purchased this workout video from Jessica and have done it twice so far; both times I found it challenging and very rewarding at the end - even if this meant really sore muscles. It challenges me and yet is not too difficult to manage. Jessica cues you constantly to take a break if you require it or to work a shorter set if you feel you're unable to pursue the full set she's doing.I would recommend this DVD or video wholeheartedly. It's my new fav/go to workout.

Great for lower body and abs!
First off, I LOVE Jessica Smith. She got me back into exercising after gaining 20 pounds following the loss of my Mom and brother and I will always support her. I bought this DVD for the lower body segment and it totally delivers - I didn't think it was too difficult until I couldn't move the next day. The same goes for the abs bonus. Both are very sneaky!Jessica moves at a very controlled pace and that's possibly why I didn't think it was too challenging (again, until the morning afterwards). She does two or three sets of leg drops off the step, squats using the chair as a guide, inner thigh lifts, and hamstring work/deadlifts/side lunges using a gliding disc. It was definitey effective! The same goes for abs: slow shoulder to knee and plank hip dips (for the obliques), reverse crunches, and lower back training. The upper body segment isn't as great (in my opinion). I usually train with Cathe Friedrich and since she hits all the upper muscle groups hard this wasn't as comprehensive as I would have liked; however, I realize that Jessica's workouts typically use light weights when it comes to the upper body so this isn't a complaint. She's as delightful as ever!I would recommend this DVD for anyone who wants to change up their routines and those that are looking for a solid leg program in a short amount of time.

Love this!!!
This is a fantastic set of workouts. I love the ability to do split sessions for strength and it also provides great variety as part of her 8 week rotation for her Strong & Centered series. Jessica is my favorite instructor, she continues to produce high quality, effective and challenging workouts. Highly recommend!

A great workout
Jessica doesn't come across as a "badass" like Jillian Michaels but I got muscle fatigue doing the upper body workout! I haven't had that since I quite Equinox in May 2020, and I have been weight-lifting regularly. I even used a little lighter weights since I wasn't familiar with the workout. I could only do half the core workout and I thought I had been keeping up on that, too. My only complaint is that she could cue more on the exercises where we are on the floor and can't see what she is doing.

Jessica's absolute best strength training offering
I bought the digital version of this program. I have literally hundreds of workout dvds, almost everything Jessica has put out. This is, in my opinion, her strongest strength training program. I can't even go as heavy as I do for other programs, I do 5s for lights and 10s for heavy. All three workouts are very comprehensive and hit every muscle group with a strong focus on the posterior chain which is good for our posture and strengthening all those muscles in our back that we can't see. This is safe weight training; Jessica takes it slow but it is definitely challenging. I feel that the core workout is probably the best core workout I have ever done. Strength training is so important as we age! This does have floor work which is fine for me but I know others don't care for it. This is my favorite of her Strong & Centered program.
