Easy to swallow. No bad taste. I have felt better taking this multivitamin. Would highly recommend. Especially for the active women who work out daily. I am in middle of my third bottle. Takes a couple of weeks to get in your system well. So don’t give up.

The doctor said we don’t know what the extra stuff is
I needed up giving them away. I opened the bottle and there were what looked like ground up green in a clear horse pill. They said “Dietary supplements” on the package. When I asked the doctor if I could take these with my meds I got told not to. That we don’t know what the little added extras were or what how they would act with my daily meds.
